Shipping & Returns

SteelGuards.ca stands by and takes great pride in the quality of our products. We will gladly accept returns for any products that show damage, mis-size or manufacturing defects. All other returns are subject to the following restrictions.

• Damaged Shipments: When you receive your shipment, please inspect the packaging carefully. If it looks like there is damage, please ask the carrier to wait while you inspect the actual product. If there is damage, please refuse the shipment.

• Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.

• Any returned product must be in like-new condition.

• Corner Guard Returns are accepted only on standard heights, widths and angles. Custom products are not returnable unless they were made incorrectly.

• All returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
